Ambassador Network

The true-2-me Ambassador Network is made up of people living with acromegaly who know what it's like to feel alone and isolated and who want to be there to support you.

You can read the profiles of each Ambassador and, if you feel the need, reach out and connect with them.

John M.

A Hamilton native, John currently lives in Oakville with his wife Deborah, and their cat Roxy. After 40 years of work in public relations and communications, John mentors young people who are just breaking into the work world. When he's not volunteering his time or researching pituitary conditions, John enjoys reading crime novels, watching movies with his wife and hosting family and friends by his pool. Since being diagnosed with acromegaly 10 years ago, John has endured many personal hurdles, with both his physical health and emotional state. But he's committed to keeping his hardships in perspective and living each day to the fullest.
